Check-In & Check-Out

Guests can check in from 2:00 PM, with check-out by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are not guaranteed and depend on availability.

Age & ID Requirements

The minimum check-in age is 18. A valid government-issued photo ID and a matching credit or debit card are required at check-in.

Payment & Deposit

Full payment may be charged at the time of booking or upon arrival, depending on the rate plan. A small refundable cash deposit may be requested at check-in to cover incidental damages.

Cancellation Policy

Most bookings can be cancelled free of charge if done 24 to 48 hours before arrival, depending on the selected rate. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a charge equal to one night’s stay. Always check the specific terms tied to your reservation.

Children & Extra Beds

Children of all ages are welcome. Some rooms can accommodate additional beds upon request, but extra bedding is limited and must be confirmed in advance.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is not permitted in rooms or shared indoor areas. Violations may result in a cleaning fee.

Pet Policy

Pets are not allowed. Registered service animals are permitted in accordance with Hong Kong regulations.

Accessibility

The guest house is located inside a multi-use building with elevator access. However, it does not offer ADA-specific features such as wheelchair-accessible bathrooms or ramps.
